Payments
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
Deposits are applied toward the final balance.
The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to delivery or pickup.
Full payment is required for bookings made within 72 hours of the event.
Payments are processed through Square.
Chafers & Serving Equipment
To help maintain food temperature during service, chafing equipment is available upon request.
Wire chafing racks: $15 each (includes water-pan, rack and fuel).
Full chafing setup: $25 each (frame, water pan, fuel, and setup).
Chafers are optional and not included with standard drop-off catering.
Rental items must be ready for pickup within 24 hours.
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate adjustments whenever possible.
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled event may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking, based on preparation already completed.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as food purchasing and preparation are already underway.
All deposits are non-refundable and apply toward planning, sourcing, and preparation.
Final guest counts and menu selections must be confirmed by the agreed-upon deadline.
In the rare event PeacefulPlatez Catering must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be fully refunded.
